Winter Wonderland!
What a beautiful start to winter, waking to find a veil of snow covering our district on Tuesday morning! The students and staff who managed to make it to school enjoyed some additional snow related learning activities.
Thank you to the Upper Lachlan Shire Council for clearing our entrances to make our school as safe as possible.
Review of Counselling and Wellbeing Services
In the interests of ensuring our students have access to high-quality programs and systems to support their wellbeing, Catholic Education is conducting a review of the wellbeing services and programs that are currently available in our schools.
As a key stakeholder we seek your input into this process of review. We, therefore, invite you to complete an online survey which may be accessed by following the hyperlink:
https://forms.gle/tV3PRYh4VVVprMyQ9
In advance, we thank you for taking the time to share your insights and perspectives.
App Transition
We are currently in the process of migrating to the SZapp for our communication messages and website. This is the app for the platform Schoolzine, which our newsletter is published through. You may have noticed a few messages come through this channel already. The Schoolzine products are supplied financially from the Catholic Education Office, whereas Skoolbag is funded solely by us. As the SZapp performs everything Skoolbag does, we have decided there is no sense in paying for this product. SZapp will allow you to do absence notes, changes of travel arrangements, changes to details, etc.
Attached below are instructions on how to download the SZapp. If you experience any problems, please see Belinda.
We appreciate your patience and understanding with this change.

Striving for EXCELLENCE- Make a Difference in Our World
Our Year 6 students were commissioned as Mini Vinnies leaders last Thursday. They are striving for excellence in their commitment to answer Jesus’ call to make a difference in the world by:
- Caring for, respecting and loving themselves
- Strengthening their friendship with Jesus by praying each day and talking to others about him
- Caring for others in their school and community by being a friend to those who are alone, in need or in trouble.
- Contributing to the happiness of their family through their help, respect, consideration, joy and kindness.
- Caring for, appreciating and enjoying God’s creation
- Treating others the way they would like to be treated.
We could all make a difference in our world with these goals!
Let us all answer Jesus’ call to carry on His mission of love…
Christ Has No Body
Christ has no body but yours,
No hands, no feet on earth but yours,
Yours are the eyes with which he looks with compassion on this world,
Yours are the feet with which he walks to do good,
Yours are the hands with which he blesses all the world.
Yours are the hands, yours are the feet,
Yours are the eyes, you are his body.
Christ has no body now on earth but yours.

Archdiocesan Cross Country
Unfortunately, due to the snow on Tuesday we only had three students attend the event at Mt Stromlo. Fabulous results though with Ellie McCormack finishing 5th and both Isabelle Galland and Ava Nicholson finishing within the top ten.
This means Ellie is now a member of the Archdiocesan team and as such will represent Canberra Goulburn at the NSWCPS (MacKillop) Cross Country on Friday the 14th of June at Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek.
