Monaro Billy Cart Tournament

On Sunday 1^st March, I went billy cart racing in Cooma. My mother raced too and beat me by .8^th of a second. My fastest time was 16.8 seconds and my top speed was 41km/h. You had to build your own billy cart and race as fast as you can down the hill to the finish line. Mum screamed the whole way down. It is lots of fun!

I came 1^st in my class (9-14 Years) and 2^nd overall. My mum came 1^st in her class (18 years and over) and 1^st overall.

Hockey

Last weekend William Heffernan and Ellie McCormack travelled to Bathurst to take part in the Hockey NSW CoD Regional Development Challenge.

William played 27 games over 3 days, for 3 southern district teams and filled in one game for another team.

William and Ellie both won the most outstanding player U13 boys/girls for the Southern District.
